How we work
How a request becomes a delivery, step by step.
Every deal is different, but the method stays the same. Whether it is one machine, one switchboard or a full container of materials, this is the path we follow:
-
Request and specification
We collect the product name, model or technical specification, quantity, destination country, target delivery date and preferred delivery terms.
→ A clear list of requirements
-
Supplier matching
We identify manufacturers and stockists that meet the specification and check their capacity, lead times and ability to provide documents.
→ Shortlist and comparison
-
Quotation
We prepare a written quotation covering price, Incoterms delivery terms, lead time, payment terms, packaging and validity period.
→ Written quotation
-
Contract and payment
Purchase and sales contracts are signed, and the letter of credit, documentary collection or advance and balance structure is set up.
→ Contract and payment instructions
-
Production follow-up
We follow the order through production or preparation from stock and flag any risk of delay early.
→ Status reports
-
Inspection and loading
A pre-shipment inspection is carried out, the goods are recorded together with their packaging and handed over to the carrier.
→ Inspection record and loading photos
-
Documents and delivery
Invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing list and insurance documents are presented in line with the payment structure, and tracking continues until arrival.
→ A complete set of documents
Delivery times depend on whether the product is in stock, the production time and the mode of transport, and are stated separately in each quotation.
