We process the full name, company, email address, phone number, country and message content that you send us through the contact form and by email. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

The data is processed to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and manage the business relationship, based on your explicit consent and on the legal ground that processing is directly related to the conclusion of a contract.

Transfers

Where required by your request, and only to the extent necessary, the data may be transferred to suppliers, carriers, banks and inspection companies. As these transfers may be made abroad, the conditions set out in the legislation are observed.

Retention period

The data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
