Overview

This group covers woodworking machines such as panel saws, edge banders, CNC routers and boring machines; aluminum and PVC profile cutting, copy routing, welding and corner cleaning machines; press brakes and bending machines; and plastics processing machinery such as injection molding and extrusion machines. Replaceable cutting tools such as saw blades, router bits and drill bits are also supplied. Furniture factories, door and window joinery workshops, aluminum façade companies, plastics manufacturers and machinery dealers are the main buyers in this group.

For each machine, the material to be processed, profile or panel dimensions, cutting precision, spindle power, control unit and supply voltage are matched to the buyer's production line. After the manufacturer or stockist is selected, a trial cut, axis precision check and safety equipment inspection can be requested at the factory. The approved machine is packed against moisture and impact and shipped directly to the buyer's country by container or truck; cutting tools and spare parts are listed in separate cartons within the same shipment.

What we check before loading

• Material and dimension compatibility

  The type of material to be processed, panel or profile dimensions and cutting capacity are verified against the buyer's production requirements.

• Electrical and control unit

  Supply voltage, frequency, control unit language and software version are checked for compatibility with the buyer country's power grid and the end user.

• Trial cut and precision

  On request, a sample part is machined at the factory, and axis precision, cut quality and safety equipment are checked before loading.

• Packing and accessory list

  The machine body, cutting tools, spare parts and user manuals are matched item by item against the packing list and packed with moisture protection.
